An old favorite

I was reminded by my sister of an old favorite that I used to have when I was growing up. Mom would make a barbecue Cup for us every now and then. Crys reminded me of them earlier and I thought it would be a nice change to my usual dinners. I changed it up some since the love of barbecue sauce doesn't exist in my house. I love it, but I am the only one. I decided to make Taco Cups instead. I wasn't able to find any good avocados in our lovely little store, but I bet they sure would have tasted excellent with some guacamole! There isn't actually a "recipe" to make these. Just throw together a few ingredients and bake away! They sure do taste good though! Thanks Crys!

Taco Cups

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can of refrigerated biscuits

Cook beef and taco seasoning per package directions. Press biscuit dough into muffin cups. Fill with seasoned beef. Bake about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato or whatever your favorite taco toppings are! Enjoy!

Hey this kinda similar with my local delights call Talam Berlauk. But our base is flour with water, some seasoning with a few drops of yellow colouring... and the top is garnish with spring onions, chillies and beef sauteed with curry paste.. Yummy!!!

I know what we're having for dinner tomorrow!

My in-laws are coming. If they don't like it, there's always the McD's at the nearby mall :)

I bet my son would like these, I'll have to try them. I might modify them with cornbread muffins though. Hmmm. Oh and I'm here via Michele's comment game.
