Christmas Cookies
Ok, so I mixed and matched a little. I made the cookies that Nic had posted and frosted them with the Royal Icing that Joe posted. I must say they were quite good. The cookies were sooooo soft. I have never made cookies like that before. They are definitely a repeat! I will have to make another batch before this weekend though because my family won't be arriving until Friday and these won't make it til then! I have to let my Little Sis try these! The icing hardens just enough that when you store them it doesn't rub off on the other cookies. I give both recipes an A+ !!!
I might not be able to post again this week since I will be having to get things ready for Christmas, so just in case..... I wish everyone of you a Merry Christmas!! Hope your Christmas is a blessed one.
