A little cookie anyone?

I was experimenting with recipes today for cookies for my daughter's quinceanera. I found this one on a yahoo search. It is for "Mexican Wedding Cookies". It is a very good cookie. It is crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. I am losing my control with these. They are sometimes called a Sandie. I will keep trying different recipes, but I may just use this one. It is really good and is a good alternative to the usual "biscochito" that will also be served there.

These are one of my favorite cookies to make. Everybody loves them and disappear quickly.

Since you are still experiement with recipes. This is the one I use. Except I add the cinnamon to the dough and I tend to keep them on the small side.
